How it works
- Choose a label color for every status in the dashboard and customer views.
- Assign an email template to a status.
- Send the assigned message automatically after a status change.
- Change status from either the order list or order details.
Step-by-step setup
- 1Open Settings and go to Statuses.
- 2Configure label colors for individual statuses.
- 3Assign email templates to statuses that should notify customers.
- 4Enable the assignments that should run after a status change.
